A Note on Rates

La Belle Époque does not publish fixed session rates. Every booking is quoted individually — because every booking is different. The license tier you select determines the scope of rights granted; the session rate reflects the full picture of what that engagement requires.

When you submit an inquiry, you will receive a project-specific quote before any commitment is made. There are no surprises.

License ScopeThe rights being granted — private portfolio, editorial publication, or commercial distribution — are the primary driver of how sessions are structured and quoted.

Session DurationHalf-day, full-day, and multi-session projects are quoted differently than a standard minimum session. Duration, setup complexity, and location all factor in.

Creative ScopeProjects requiring art direction, specialized wardrobe, location permits, hair and makeup, or multiple models carry additional production considerations reflected in the quote.

Model SelectionEach model represented by La Belle Époque has her own availability, experience level, and the specific creative demands she accepts. Your inquiry will be matched to models appropriate for your project.

Usage & ExclusivityExclusivity windows, regional restrictions, and extended licensing terms — such as multi-year or multi-platform rights — are negotiated as part of the commercial licensing process.

Professional Standards — All Bookings

01A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the full session fee.

02Creative direction beyond standard fine art nude must be discussed with the agency in writing — never directly with the model.

03Touching the model is prohibited under any circumstances. Direction is verbal or through visual reference only.

04All individuals present must be pre-approved by both the agency and the model prior to the session date.

05Images may not be published on adult content platforms outside the agreed license terms.

06The model's stage name is always credited. Her legal identity is never disclosed or associated with any work.

07The model retains the right to request deletion of any images outside the agreed creative scope.

08Photographers who violate these standards are permanently removed from our list and forfeit all session rights.
